Description
This solution makes it possible to fit a Recaro Pole Position to the original track of a BMW F series. This only requires a mechanical track. In the case of an electric track, we offer a variant with its own seat bracket or an additional kit to control the electric motors.
A seat mounting is first and foremost a safety-relevant component and we have designed it precisely as such.
Each of our components has undergone an FEM simulation to ensure safety first and foremost and consequently to optimise the weight.
Features:
- We achieve the lowest possible seat position in front of the steering wheel, which is also centred
- Cut-outs and the shape of the components are not chosen at random, but are based on the results of calculations and simulations of the stress curves under load
- Less fastening material, less effort, smooth installation, with maximum utilisation of the given installation space
- Prior measurement of the installation space using a 3D laser scanner
- Reduction of lever arms between the fastening points, resulting in lower torque loads on the components
